About the job
Leads daily DSP production-line and SIA processing operations, coordinating staff, safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Assign and coordinate work, set up DSP lines, and coach team members to follow processes and workplace instructions.
- Troubleshoot inventory and product-flow issues; apply CIP/BPS tools to improve processes and eliminate waste.
- Monitor safety, 6S, audits, attendance, productivity, accuracy, equipment inspections, and team performance.
