Supports ERP system maintenance, data quality, testing, reporting, troubleshooting, and improvement projects while learning business processes across departments.
What you'll do
- Assist with ERP support, maintenance, testing, upgrades, and improvement projects.
- Enter, review, update, and validate system data; help identify and correct data issues.
- Create and update procedures and training materials, assist with reports, and troubleshoot basic user issues.
