Maintains, troubleshoots, installs, and repairs automated, robotic, CNC, and other production equipment on a 2-2-3 night shift schedule.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot, install, and repair automated, robotic, CNC, electrical, and mechanical equipment, including PLCs, HMIs, and servo controllers.
- Operate and teach/touch up Fanuc and Denso robots; plan and install controls, document wiring changes, and test repairs.
- Support continuous improvement and record completed and in-progress work in the SAP work order system.

- At least four years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment working with control systems, PLCs, CNC controls, robots, PCs, and HMIs.
- Working knowledge of prints, schematics, equipment documentation, and machine communications, including cables and LAN components.
- Competency working safely in electrical control panels, including 3-phase 480 volts and lower, using proper safety procedures and PPE; practical demonstration required.
- Good computer, problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and customer service skills; mechanical aptitude.
Nice to have
- Prior robot-school training; certificate required to operate and teach robots.
