Provides on-site IT hardware and server support to maintain system availability and production uptime in Bosch’s semiconductor cleanroom and manufacturing facility.
What you'll do
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers and other IT hardware in cleanroom environments while following safety and contamination protocols.
- Respond to production-critical incidents and manage ITIL service tickets, assets, and hardware lifecycle records.
- Monitor server performance, capacity, health, and availability.
