Operates and adjusts Belt & Pack and belt-joining equipment to produce packaged belts that meet quality, safety, and production standards.
What you'll do
- Set up, start, operate, and adjust machine stations; load materials and operate lift equipment as needed.
- Monitor product quality and machine output, troubleshoot issues, and assist with minor repairs according to the escalation plan.
- Follow operating, safety, cleanliness, and quality procedures; support continuous improvement and meet production goals.
