Supports the startup and operation of a new brazing production line, operating and maintaining machines while training associates and meeting production targets.
What you'll do
- Support startup, learn the brazing process, and help develop local work instructions and standards; extended overseas training travel is required.
- Load, unload, operate, adjust, change over, and maintain multiple machines; troubleshoot issues and escalate production deviations.
