Supports the startup and operation of a new brazing production line, operating and maintaining machines, helping establish work instructions, and training associates.

- Support startup and implementation of the brazing operation, including developing local work instructions and standards.
- Load, unload, operate, adjust, change over, and maintain machines; meet daily targets and escalate deviations.
- Train and monitor associates on the specified shift and communicate with related departments.
