Own and improve gearset and transmission assembly processes for Bosch’s e-Axle production line, supporting production, process development, and technical initiatives.
What you'll do
- Own gearset/transmission-loop processes and develop best practices, training, and documentation.
- Support production problem-solving, trials, process improvements, and development of PFMEAs and Control Plans.
- Coordinate process and equipment optimization with internal and external partners, and participate in assessments and audits.
