Designs and develops plastic mechanical products and tooling, manages prototypes and testing, and delivers engineering documentation and project results.
What you'll do
- Design and redesign products and plastic components, converting 2D industrial designs into manufacturable 3D designs and supporting mold-flow analysis and shrink-rate calculations.
- Maintain CAD models, drawings, specifications, and project documentation; manage component creation in SAP and the Engineering Change Request process.
- Coordinate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver projects on time, on specification, and on budget.
