Maintains, troubleshoots, installs, and repairs automated, robotic, CNC, and other production machinery and controls.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, including paint lines, presses, welders, CNC grinders, and robots.
- Program or modify PLCs, HMIs, and servo controllers; adjust robot positions and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
- Record work in SAP and support continuous improvement and production needs.
What they ask for
- At least four years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment working with control systems, PLCs, CNC controls, robots, PCs, and HMIs.
- Working knowledge of prints, schematics, equipment documentation, and machine communications, including cables and LAN components.
- Demonstrated ability to work safely in electrical control panels, including 3-phase 480 volts and lower, using proper procedures and PPE.
- Good computer, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; mechanical aptitude and communication, teamwork, and customer-service skills.
