Senior AI Research Scientist- World Model

What you'll do

• Research GenAI and foundation models for ADAS challenges such as 3D reconstruction, world models, mapping, localization, data curation, and auto-labeling.
• Apply in-house and third-party innovations to Bosch AI products and services, and advise management on technology and R&D decisions.
• Document and disseminate research through publications and/or patents; keep current with technical developments.

What they ask for

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; or a master’s degree with 5+ years of post-graduation industry experience related to GenAI and/or world models.
• 4+ years of research experience or equivalent graduate research experience with foundation models, including training, fine-tuning, and prompting.
• Deep-learning experience in at least two of diffusion models, 3D reconstruction, and world models.
• Proficiency in one or more systems-research programming languages (e.g., Python, C++) and hands-on experience with AI/NLP/CV libraries; publication record in the listed top venues.

Nice to have

• Strong background in math and statistics; 5+ years of industrial research experience.
• Product-development experience in the named areas, or experience leading R&D projects and teams with international customers.

Pay

USD 165,000 - 185,000 base salary
