Leads and supports daily sheet metal production operations, coordinating workers while performing fabrication, material handling, quality, and safety tasks.
What you'll do
- Coordinate and prioritize production activities with the Area Supervisor; coordinate tasks for a team of 10–15 people.
- Train and mentor associates, perform sheet metal fabrication and material handling, and support production handoffs.
- Apply BPS principles and uphold quality and safety procedures, including identifying and labeling defective materials.
