Leads hands-on daily shipping operations, coordinating staff and workflow to ensure accurate, safe, and timely order fulfillment.
What you'll do
- Coordinate receiving, packing, staging, and shipping; verify products, orders, packaging, and shipping documents.
- Assign work, train and support team members, and monitor productivity, quality, safety, and shipment accuracy.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and support continuous improvement and on-time delivery.
