Leads day-to-day warehouse operations and coaches associates to maintain safe, productive workflows and improve performance against safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
What you'll do
- Conduct eLPC checks, coach associates, and track process deviations and KPI results.
- Use KPI data and problem-solving tools to address process issues; audit 5S and report productivity, quality, and attendance.
- Lead operations in the Supervisor’s absence, attend meetings as a Supervisor Proxy, and maintain training records.
