Leads and coordinates second-shift warehouse operations, coaching associates and using process checks and performance data to support safe, efficient work and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Conduct eLPC process checks, coach associates, and track process deviations and KPI results.
- Use KPI data and problem-solving tools to address issues; audit 5S and monitor productivity, quality, and attendance.
- Lead daily operations in the Supervisor’s absence, support training records, and attend next-tier meetings as a Supervisor Proxy.
