Leads second-shift warehouse operations, coaching associates and monitoring processes, safety, and performance across inbound, internal processing, and outbound work.
What you'll do
- Complete eLPC process checks, coach associates, and track deviations and KPI results.
- Use KPI data and problem-solving tools to address process issues; audit 5S and report productivity, quality, and attendance.
- Lead daily operations in the Supervisor’s absence, support training records, and attend next-tier meetings as a Supervisor Proxy.
