Project Manager - Higgs Audio

What you'll do

• Plan and manage releases, including schedules, go/no-go reviews, documentation, versioning, and deprecation notices.
• Coordinate quality control, issue prioritization, milestones, and release distribution across products and partner channels.
• Gather customer feedback and usage data, translate them into roadmap priorities, and report release and customer metrics.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of project, program, or product management on software products, including at least 2 years on technical products such as APIs, developer platforms, or ML models.
• Track record of shipping on schedule, including running release processes and launch checklists and making go/no-go calls.
• Technical fluency with Python, REST and streaming APIs, GitHub, and issue trackers; ability to reproduce bugs, read logs, and analyze evaluation results.
• Experience turning customer conversations and usage data into prioritized requirements; clear, concise writing; ability to use agentic AI efficiently; and ability to work hybrid from Santa Clara or Toronto.

Nice to have

• Experience with speech/audio products, ML model releases, or managing an open-source project on GitHub.
• Enterprise customer or cloud-partner experience; an engineering background or related degree; a good ear for generated speech; or fluency in a language besides English.

Pay

USD 160,000–260,000 (per-year-salary) (base salary)
