About the job
Leads Atlas robot fleet operations and repair, overseeing robot availability, field support, maintenance, repair quality, and service-team performance.
What you'll do
- Own fleet health, availability, monitoring, triage, asset tracking, spare-parts strategy, and fleet metrics across deployed robots.
- Lead end-to-end repair operations and teams, improving repair workflows, quality, and critical-repair MTTR.
- Build and develop fleet and repair teams, budgets, processes, and cross-functional operating plans.
