About the job
Leads customer-facing integration, commissioning, support, and improvement of Boston Dynamics robotic systems for customer operations.
What you'll do
- Lead customer account technical work, system integrations, validations, field tests, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Create and maintain SOWs and integration, customer solution, interface, and network documentation; develop API/SDK tools and deliver customer training.
- Gather customer feedback and coordinate product improvements with engineering, product, and sales teams.
