What you'll do
- Manage integration projects and help partners meet quality, reliability, and ROI standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical escalations and collaborate with engineering on root-cause resolution.
- Develop integration solutions and workflows, train and certify partners, and relay field feedback to product and program teams.
