About the job
Leads manufacturing process development and scale-up for Atlas, enabling reliable assembly, testing, and integration in prototype and low-volume production.
What you'll do
- Develop and improve production processes, assembly workflows, production-system layouts, and automation integrations.
- Design, build, and validate fixtures, tools, and jigs; define assembly instructions and quality inspection and test processes.
- Support prototype builds, troubleshoot issues, and lead continuous improvement with engineering, operations, and suppliers.

- 8–15 years of relevant process engineering, process development, or advanced manufacturing experience.
- Expert proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or CATIA.
