Leads cross-functional prototype and low-volume hardware build programs, aligning operations and technical execution to deliver complex robotics development work.
What you'll do
- Own program strategies, execution plans, milestones, and alignment across R&D programs.
- Coordinate operational readiness across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality; identify risks and remove blockers.
- Build scalable workflows and operating processes, investigate root causes, and use KPIs to improve execution.
