Supports Boston Dynamics’ compliance programs, corporate governance, financing matters, and domestic and international subsidiary administration.
What you'll do
- Support compliance programs, regulatory research, policy development, employee training, audits, and compliance risk assessments.
- Prepare Board and shareholder materials and support financing, capital transactions, and employee stock option plans.
- Maintain corporate records and handle legal administration for domestic and international subsidiaries, including registrations and filings.
