About the job
Manages enterprise hardware product initiatives for Spot and its ecosystem, from requirements and roadmap planning through launch and go-to-market support.
What you'll do
- Gather customer, market, and product data to identify gaps, refine requirements, and inform prioritization.
- Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, operations, and customer-facing teams on enhancements, sustaining initiatives, and end-of-life transitions.
- Support business plans, pricing, service plans, and other go-to-market components; assess product usage to guide iteration.
