Leads technical strategy and delivery for strategic enterprise robotics accounts, scaling deployments across global sites and feeding field insights into product development.
What you'll do
- Own scalable, multi-site deployment strategies, including solution design, infrastructure, network integration, and expansion planning.
- Lead customer integration, governance, adoption, and technical escalations while coordinating internal teams and customer stakeholders.
- Guide field testing and integration teams, translating customer feedback into product requirements and repeatable playbooks.
