What you'll do
- Set the long-term data platform strategy and make architecture decisions for systems that scale reliably.
- Lead, mentor, and grow data platform engineers; establish engineering practices and operational monitoring.
- Partner with Product, Data Insights, and company leadership on platform capabilities, governance, security, quality, and roadmap alignment.
