What you'll do
- Lead, develop, hire, and onboard a team of 5–8 engineers, including regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career planning.
- Partner with Product Management and Design on the roadmap; guide architecture and code quality while managing delivery and removing blockers.
- Participate in the on-call rotation and lead incident response when needed.
