Machine Learning Research Engineer

What you'll do

• Build data and evaluation workflows, run experiments, and communicate results and tradeoffs.
• Integrate models into robot software and test them on physical hardware.
• Improve inference performance and reliability within compute and latency constraints.

What they ask for

• Strong machine learning fundamentals and practical research engineering skills.
• Experience implementing, training, or evaluating models.
• Ability to design useful experiments and reason carefully about results.
• Strong programming skills and comfort working across research and production code.

Nice to have

• Experience with robotics learning, computer vision, multimodal models, or control.
• Experience with simulation, robot datasets, real-world evaluation, constrained-hardware inference optimization, or demonstrated ML work.
