Own and improve Brain Co.’s developer platform—including development environments, build systems, CI/CD, and AI-assisted workflows—to help engineering teams ship reliable software faster.
What you'll do
- Own developer environments, monorepo, build infrastructure, CI/CD, and engineering automation.
- Measure and reduce developer friction, improving workflow speed, reliability, and quality with demonstrated before-and-after impact.
- Manage the developer platform lifecycle, including rollout, reliability, documentation, onboarding, and adoption.
