Customer Success Platform Administrator

What you'll do

• Configure and maintain Gainsight workflows, customer success tools, data integrations, dashboards, and AI features.
• Manage platform access, data quality, security coordination, releases, documentation, QA, and user support.
• Partner with CX, Operations, Salesforce administrators, and Data teams to implement requirements and roadmap enhancements.

What they ask for

• 3+ years in Customer Experience or Customer Success Operations, Systems Administration, or Revenue Operations, including 2+ years of hands-on Gainsight administration.
• Hands-on expertise with Gainsight Rules Engine, Data Designer, C360/R360, Scorecards and health scoring, CTAs, Playbooks, Success Plans, Journey Orchestrator, reporting, and dashboards.
• Understanding of Salesforce data models and Gainsight–Salesforce integration, including troubleshooting syncs and data-load failures.
• Strong written and verbal English, analytical and problem-solving skills, data-quality and governance discipline, and ability to manage multiple initiatives.

Nice to have

• Gainsight NXT Administrator certification (Level 2 or 3); Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Experience with Snowflake and SQL, integration tooling, REST APIs/JSON, Staircase AI integrations, or Gainsight AI capabilities.

Pay

$78,000 and $122,000/year (USD, base salary); $87,000 and $136,000/year (USD, On Target Earnings including bonus or commission)

AI focus

Configure and tune Gainsight AI capabilities, including Copilot prompts and Key Definitions and Skills guiding Claude’s use of the Gainsight MCP; support security reviews for AI capabilities. Braze also uses AI-assisted recruiting tools to analyze applications and support recruiting administration.
