Owns the design and operations of Braze’s customer POC program, setting processes, resourcing, reporting, and playbooks rather than managing individual customer engagements.
What you'll do
- Define POC methodology, operating cadence, risk processes, and reusable playbooks and tooling.
- Plan capacity and resources, monitor active POCs, and report program metrics and recommendations to leadership.
- Partner with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Product, and Engineering to address blockers and improve program performance.
