Owns the design and operation of Braze’s customer POC program, setting processes, resourcing, cadence, playbooks, and metrics so teams can run consistent technical evaluations.
What you'll do
- Define POC methodology, intake and success criteria, and build repeatable playbooks and tooling.
- Manage program-wide capacity planning, operating cadence, risk escalation, and reporting on POC performance.
- Partner with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Product, and Engineering to address blockers and improve program outcomes.
