About the job
Owns the design and operations of Braze’s customer POC program, setting its processes, resourcing, tools, and metrics rather than running individual customer engagements.
What you'll do
- Define POC methodology, playbooks, operating cadence, and risk escalation processes.
- Plan capacity and report program metrics, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
- Partner with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Product, and Engineering to address demand, blockers, and process improvements.
