About the job
Leads escalated IT support and owns the reliability, security, incident response, and continuous improvement of Braze’s core IT services.
What you'll do
- Resolve complex escalations across IT services, including Google Workspace, Okta, Zscaler, macOS, and networking.
- Manage incidents, root cause analysis, service continuity, and long-term corrective improvements.
- Automate IT operations, maintain documentation, manage vendors, and mentor team members.
