Senior Lead Systems Engineer, AI & Automation

What you'll do

• Build scalable integrations, APIs, middleware, and event-driven workflows across enterprise platforms.
• Develop AI-enabled automation and conversational IT experiences that improve employee productivity and reduce manual work.
• Lead technical initiatives and contribute to platform strategy, governance, architecture, and engineering best practices.

What they ask for

• 8+ years designing enterprise-scale integrations and automation across modern SaaS environments.
• Strong software engineering experience building APIs, integrations, automation, or platform services; proficient in one or more of Python, Go, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, SCIM, GraphQL, and modern authentication standards.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms and ability to design scalable architectures balancing business needs, security, and operational simplicity.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing AI agents, MCP integrations, LLM-powered workflows, or enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience with Terraform, infrastructure as code, cloud automation, event-driven architectures, message queues, or serverless technologies.

Pay

$116,000 and $182,000/year USD base salary; $129,000 and $202,000/year USD OTE (including bonus or commission)
