Leads the design and delivery of enterprise integrations, automation, and AI-enabled employee IT experiences across Braze’s business systems.
What you'll do
- Build scalable integrations, APIs, middleware, and automated workflows across enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Develop conversational IT and self-service experiences, and pilot AI technologies, LLMs, MCP integrations, and agent frameworks.
- Set architecture and technical strategy, while partnering with Security, Compliance, Infrastructure, and IT on governance and operational reliability.
