Leads a full-stack engineering team building Brex’s next-generation Accounts Payable software, setting its product and technical direction and translating customer needs into priorities.
What you'll do
- Build and grow a 7–10 engineer team through hiring, onboarding, coaching, and mentorship.
- Set the team’s product and technical direction and deliver a reliable, competitive Accounts Payable product.
- Partner with Product and Design, gather customer feedback, and guide tradeoffs and priorities.
