- Build and grow a 7–10 engineer team, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and career development.
- Set team priorities and technical and product direction; deliver reliable Accounts Payable software while balancing feature velocity and durable foundations.
- Partner with Product and Design, use customer feedback to guide engineering priorities, and promote an AI-forward approach to team operations.
