About the job
Build and lead a new full-stack team responsible for a defined part of Brex’s next-generation travel experience, setting its product and technical direction and delivering a customer-facing product.
What you'll do
- Hire, onboard, coach, and grow engineers while building a people-centered team culture.
- Define the team’s mandate and priorities within the broader Travel group, making product and technical tradeoffs.
- Partner across Travel, Expenses, and Product to ship a reliable, competitive travel product.
