Build and manage scalable operations for Brex’s external payment-partner programs, including performance oversight, reconciliation, launch readiness, and issue resolution.
What you'll do
- Define partner operating models, governance, SLAs, KPIs, reporting, and performance reviews.
- Own fee reconciliation and controls; manage partner incidents, escalations, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate partner and product launches, improve processes through automation, and provide executive updates.
What they ask for
- 3+ years in partner operations, payments operations, financial operations, vendor management, or a related role in fintech, banking, or another regulated environment; ideally 1+ years of direct partner experience.
- English proficiency/fluency, written and spoken.
- Experience building operating programs and defining SLAs, KPIs, and governance structures to improve external-partner performance.
- Experience with fee, invoice, or financial reconciliation, including investigating and resolving discrepancies.
Nice to have

Pay
$86,400 - $108,000 USD base salary
