Leads employee onboarding end-to-end and supports Brex’s broader talent management programs through facilitation, operations, program measurement, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Own global onboarding cohorts, including preboarding, live sessions, first-90-days curriculum, and executive setups.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve programs; report performance and recommend changes to People leadership.
- Maintain mentorship initiatives and support talent programs such as employee engagement, mobility, learning and development, and performance.
