Leads end-to-end employee onboarding and supports broader talent management programs through facilitation, operations, measurement, and program improvement.
What you'll do
- Manage global onboarding cohorts, including preboarding, live sessions, first-90-days curriculum, and executive setups.
- Partner with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues and improve programs; report program outcomes and proposals to People leadership.
- Maintain mentorship initiatives and support talent management projects such as engagement, mobility, learning and development, and performance programs.
