Partners with the CEO and executive team to shape strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives, and improve organizational execution and effectiveness.
What you'll do
- Lead strategic planning, including OKRs, quarterly priorities, and cross-organizational alignment.
- Oversee cross-functional projects and business operating rhythms, including reviews, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop analytical models and prepare materials for the board, investors, fundraising, and strategic partnerships.
