Automic Principal Support Engineer (ICB5)

What you'll do

• Investigate complex customer problems using logs, traces, debuggers, code, and other tools; collaborate with Engineering and other teams to resolve them.
• Lead support initiatives, mentor colleagues, contribute to knowledge management, and deliver customer and team training.
• Build AI-powered support tools and automated workflows, and partner with product teams on AI-driven self-service and telemetry.

• Expertise supporting multiple products or solutions, including knowledge at an administrator, support, developer, or equivalent level in relevant technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer-facing skills, including handling complex situations under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, CIS, or MIS.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and provide rotational pager support as required.

Nice to have

• Post-graduate degree typically expected.
• Technical certifications such as Linux, Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, Networking, or cloud certifications.

Pay

USD 110,800.00 To USD 177,300.00 (base salary)
