Supports operational excellence by analyzing data, managing headcount and customer telemetry reporting, and tracking licensing and compliance performance through metrics and dashboards.
What you'll do
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data; forecast and report headcount and maintain headcount data integrity.
- Monitor customer telemetry submissions and coordinate timely updates with product licensing and customer compliance teams.
- Track KPI performance, improve dashboards, conduct data quality checks, and assist with root cause analysis.
