About the job

Bridges IT infrastructure and design engineering by validating hardware, supporting circuit and PCB design, testing systems, developing embedded firmware, and applying AI to accelerate engineering workflows.

What you'll do

  • Translate hardware requirements between GTO and design engineering teams and develop scalable IT solutions.
  • Analyze and validate hardware using WCCA and sensitivity analysis; support schematic design, component selection, PCB layout, board bring-up, and testing.
  • Apply AI tools to automate engineering tasks, and develop or tune embedded firmware for control and power regulation.

What they ask for

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
  • Mastery of Cadence PSpice, Altium Designer, LTSpice, and KiCad.
  • Strong foundations in Python, C/C++, and Matlab; understanding of Power/Signal Integrity, FMEA, and SPI, UART, and CAN.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or research lab working with satellite communications, power converters, or high-speed digital systems; demonstrated technical leadership.

Nice to have

  • Power Electronics experience (Buck, Boost, Flyback) and semiconductor device characterization.
  • Familiarity with Brake System Plausibility Devices (BSPD) and ability to conduct formal design reviews and peer evaluations.
