Owns and improves wafer-level test equipment used to characterize and measure advanced silicon-based MEMS wafers for development and production.
What you'll do
- Provide technical leadership for maintaining and improving test tool sets, including measurement quality, capability, uptime, and productivity.
- Select, purchase, install, qualify, and release tool components and instruments; debug performance with suppliers and investigate equipment-related incidents.
- Develop and maintain tester software, monitoring methods, procedures, and training; interface with Manufacturing Execution System data systems.
