About the job
Designs and develops core ESXi VMKernel operating-system subsystems and infrastructure for the VMware Cloud Foundation virtualization platform.
What you'll do
- Design and implement kernel techniques, locking, filesystems, APIs, and security and patching infrastructure.
- Collaborate across engineering teams to architect, build, and deliver products based on the VCF virtualization platform.
- Take ownership of core kernel infrastructure and, with experience, lead larger project areas.
