Leads the creation and delivery of accurate, audience-appropriate technical documentation for Broadcom mainframe software products in Agile teams.
What you'll do
- Partner with stakeholders and Agile teams to create, test, curate, and deliver technical content; review and improve existing content.
- Lead content initiatives across multiple Agile teams, coordinate authors’ work, and mentor teammates.
- Develop content roadmaps, use customer feedback and data to improve content, and collaborate on intuitive user interfaces.
