Manage technical execution of concurrent package and PCB design projects while supporting engineers developing high-performance ASIC designs and SI/PI methodologies.
What you'll do
- Track scope, schedules, and resources for 20+ concurrent package/PCB designs; communicate plans, status, next steps, and risks.
- Coordinate team and customer activities, collaborate with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams, and support team productivity.
- Develop signal- and power-integrity methodologies and support package and PCB technologies.
